The Corporate, Engagement & Fundraising Team is dedicated to ensuring that corporate and individual partners and donors experience high-quality interactions with the Nova SBE community. It aims to foster long-term engagement and investment with a common objective of building a school open to the community and for a better future.
The Events Office is responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of all events held at Nova SBE.
This includes academic conferences, institutional ceremonies, corporate events, student initiatives, and external events hosted on campus.
The team ensures operational excellence, protocol compliance, and a consistent experience aligned with Nova SBE’s standards, from initial feasibility assessment to on-site execution.

The Executive Education & Business Transformation team is responsible for training executives and designing custom-made learning solutions and transformation journeys for teams and companies. In addition, its services include advising about open programs, application support, and registration of interested individuals or entities.
There is also a team dedicated to logistics and the participants' experience, which supports any administrative or operational issues regarding the programs and manages potential partnerships, corporate communication, and marketing.

The Facilities & Services department is a shared service that promotes an interdisciplinary view of the campus and supports an integrated and efficient management of the campus. Its action is focused, but not limited, on the management of the campus and its assets and on its conduct and operation to ensure all business activities in functional, comfortable, safe and economically sustainable conditions, and can be defined as the organizational area that integrates people, spaces, processes and technology with the purpose of improving service to the Nova SBE community and the organization's productivity.
Nova SBE's Financial Services' primary responsibilities include managing the clients/students' and suppliers' invoicing. They are also responsible for controlling unpaid and unreceived bills, treasury, accountancy, managing taxes, and handling all other financial issues.

Nova SBE’s Legal Team is in charge of implementing all legal procedures and working as a data center for relevant legislation, documents, and legal information that may be required for the school’s activities.
This is the team dedicated to all International Cooperation and Collaborations, relations with other Higher Education Institutions, Embassies and Management Education Development Networks, and Rankings.

On the first week of the Spring Semester (Feb 2-6), in-person walk-ins will be available every day, from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm.
The IT Helpdesk is the first point of contact for all queries concerning Eduroam access, email accounts, NetPA, and other IT services available for Nova SBE students. IT Helpdesk support can be provided in-person at the Student Central (in the Hovione Atrium) or remotely.
The Nova SBE Career Services is responsible for supporting students and recent graduates with the challenges they face regarding their professional path through personalized counseling, career programs, corporate events and study trips. It also acts as an interface between students and organizations. By collaborating with them, it seeks the best way to make their business known to Nova SBE students and helps promote employment and internship opportunities.
The People & Culture team is responsible for the acquisition, retention, and development of talent at Nova SBE. In addition, it develops and ensures the Human Resources policy for all staff collaborators is correctly managed, namely regarding topics such as organizational culture, salary processing, contract management, development and training, performance evaluation, among others. Finally, it makes sure that the employee has the best experience throughout their life cycle at Nova SBE
The Quality and Accreditations Department supports the School in maintaining and enhancing its standards, with a particular focus on teaching and learning. It coordinates national accreditation processes through A3ES and leads the School’s efforts in securing and renewing international accreditations from EQUIS, AACSB, and AMBA. The Department implements and oversees the School’s quality assurance systems (Nova SIMAQ and Assurance of Learning) and is responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with degree program structures, academic regulations, and institutional policies. It also produces official statistics on students and faculty, as well as key performance indicators to support planning, reporting, and continuous improvement.

The Faculty Affairs team embraces various activities such as recruitment, human resources and career management, teaching assignments, and logistic support on campus. The Research Office supports the management of scientific projects throughout their complete cycle, from applications for competitive funding to planning, development, and scientific outreach. It also manages the PhD Programs in Economics, Finance, and Management.
